New Age Jobs… New Type Deaths…
New Age Jobs… New Type Deaths…
My mom asked me what that news was after seeing the
photo of a couple… I explained that this woman fell to her death from 10000
foot while sky diving with her husband…. :(
We now live in Incredible and Whacky Age and our age
also making us more adventurous with our loved ones….
The married woman who fell to her death was a
Techie working in the talk of the town IT company of Bangalore and her Husband
is a private sector employee and had been married for a year or so….
…well yes the job one who is in makes us do those
kind of things that others don’t do…
Techies are today no nonsense people who have hefty
pay package and spend it according to their will…this probably may be the cause
for their extreme daredevil interest in skydiving….
…let’s picture this if the couple had an ordinary
job and OK salary range…then they would never go for this kind of daredevilry….
The Techie Company in which the woman was working
recently gave away 225 crores to a research institute to study the Human
Brain…what a coincidence…. Dimaag Ka Batti Jalao….:)

How Education fails the educated…
How Education fails the educated…
Let me begin with a guy who has a bachelors in
Social Work and a Masters in Business Management, who joins a company as Finance
director.
… On a typical day this guy arrives to his office
and alights from his car, to a surprise the neighbouring company’s employees
are smoking and chatting in the vicinity of their company this includes a woman
also…! It’s a kind of surprise for him and gives a big smile and walks inside
his office….what a pity…
…he is degree holder in Social Work, so his first duty
was to educate them about the evils of smoking and it’s after effects especially
by women…but he did not do so…. Phunny Man…
Secondly, though he is Master’s in business and
working a Finance Director he’s no authorized signatory in the company ie no
signature of his is valid…eg: giving cheques to others...but he is still the Director Finance…
And all financial handling is done by the Promoters
of the company….
And another Story…
… A guy who has business graduation spends most his
career in corporate sector and all of a bang he decides to start a restaurant which
specializes in range of Biryanis…
…Pity the restaurant had a loud opening in the
media and it did not even run for even 6 months…and this
guy simply disappeared probably a kind of face wash of its failure….

Workplace life Partners and Anti Nepotism Policy…
Workplace life Partners and Anti Nepotism Policy…
Romance and searching for a life partner do happens
in workplace/office…
But there is logic behind it, it’s like the guys
are seniors in the company and girls come and join the company as
juniors/trainees and romance and love blooms…
Example: a guy who has good years of experience in
the company probably a team lead type position has total control of his
subordinates….and there comes a girl as a fresher into the company who joins
his team…while he teaches/mentors the girl about all the basic
operation/understanding of work culture, so communication and better knowing
each other begins and finally love do happens….but once her manager proposes to
her she cannot say no to him….
….but with a bang the company management introduces
Anti-nepotism policy to safeguard the ethics in the business…so this leaves the
couple disastrous either one has to leave the job…
…this means a kind of amnesia for them….!?

MNC is MNC... Desi is Desi... and women have....!
MNC is MNC... Desi is Desi... and women have....!
Working in an MNC company is totally different than working in a Desi company...it's for sure...
Couple of years back i knew a girl from Bangalore who had completed her Engg education and was working with a leading global IT MNC in Bangalore through Facebook... after some months i came to know that she is married and settled with her husband in a South East Asian country....
...and she is continue working in that same company where she was employed in Bangalore??? how...???
Points:
# Days before her marriage she probably may have requested the company's HR that she would obviously settle with her husband post marriage in the country where her husband is working and settled and would have requested their HR that she could be transferred to that country.
# As that company is Multinational Corporation which has presence in all the countries on planet earth except North and South Poles...!!
# So company would have coordinated with that country's HR about her request and found that a vacancy is vacant that she found a job in that company and country.
Secondly in my own experience women employees are given some special privilege and some type of soft corner....
Truly MNC is MNC.... Desi is Desi....

Hardware Matters...
Hardware Matters.....
Hardware here has two meanings one that is used in the construction/Tools and Machinery in Defence and Hardware which we use in our homes and offices...Computers!
We are now in the month of April 2013 and we also will be remembering a dead Actress from down south...yes i am talking about the beautiful Actor SOUNDARYA who died in a plane crash 9 years back.... :( in 2004
http://www.hindu.com/2004/04/18/stories/2004041805680100.htm
Yes she died a freak air accident that was a shocker to everyone... she was flying in a small plane from Bangalore to a place somewhere close to Hyderabad which minutes after take off from the airfield crashed and all four on board died instantly, burnt/chard beyond recognition....... :(
The business which owned the aircraft in which she was traveling was started by some flying enthusiast not by aviation professionals... :)
The main culprit here is the old four seater aircraft which was almost 50 years old!
which probably was not properly maintained/overhauled or was either outdated...
As a Computer Hardware Guy the Moral of the Story here is: Always have best in class Tangible(Hardware) things if u should be safe and secure....this includes what we use in our day to day life COMPUTERS....
